Privacy Policy

LiftOffr ("we," "us") is operated by Torin Christianson. This policy explains what data we collect, how it's used, and your choices.

1. What we collect

Email address — when you sign up for the free Cycle Top Checklist, the Sunday Score, or paid membership
Payment information — handled entirely by Whop; we never see card numbers
Usage analytics — via Google Analytics 4, Vercel Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity (page views, session duration, anonymized location, device type, referrer)
Cookies — used by GA4, Clarity, and Whop to remember sessions and attribute conversions

2. How we use it

Deliver the free checklist, weekly Score email, and membership content you've requested
Send transactional emails (welcome, billing confirmations, churn alerts) via Resend
Measure which content and channels work, so we improve what we ship
Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests

3. Who we share it with

Service providers we use to run LiftOffr — each with their own privacy policy:

Whop — checkout, membership, and Discord access
Resend — email delivery
Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics, Microsoft Clarity — usage analytics
Vercel — site hosting

We do not sell your data. We do not share email addresses with third parties for marketing.

4. Your choices

Unsubscribe from any email — one click in the footer of every message
Request deletion of your email address by writing to torin@liftoffr.com
Disable analytics cookies via your browser settings or extensions (uBlock Origin, Privacy Badger, etc.)
Cancel your membership in one click from your Whop account

5. Data retention

Email addresses are retained while you're subscribed and for 90 days after unsubscribe (for compliance and re-subscription handling). Analytics data is retained per GA4 default (14 months) and Clarity default (13 months).

6. Children

LiftOffr is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

7. International users

LiftOffr is operated from the United States. By using the site or signing up, you consent to your data being processed in the US. EU/UK residents have rights under GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, portability) — exercise them by emailing torin@liftoffr.com.

8. Changes

If we update this policy, we'll change the "last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify subscribers by email.
