We do not sell your data. We do not share email addresses with third parties for marketing.
Email addresses are retained while you're subscribed and for 90 days after unsubscribe (for compliance and re-subscription handling). Analytics data is retained per GA4 default (14 months) and Clarity default (13 months).
LiftOffr is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

EU/UK residents have rights under GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, portability) — exercise them by emailing torin@liftoffr.com.
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA gives you the right to know what personal information we collect and why, to request a copy of it, to request its deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights. Exercise any of them by emailing torin@liftoffr.com from the address on file; we will respond within 45 days.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, as those terms are defined by the CPRA. We have not done so in the preceding twelve months. The categories we collect are identifiers (email address, and IP address via analytics), internet activity (pages viewed, session recordings via Microsoft Clarity), and commerce information (purchases, which are processed and held by Whop). We do not knowingly collect the personal information of anyone under 18.
The site can load Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity. Clarity records session replays, which can include mouse movement, scrolling and clicks on this site. None of these are required for the site to work.
A consent banner is shown on your first visit, and it is worth being precise about what happens before you answer it. Microsoft Clarity does not load at all until you allow it, and declining keeps it off permanently. Google Analytics runs in Google’s consent-denied mode from the first page load — it counts anonymous page views without setting any cookie, without storing an identifier, and with ad personalisation switched off. Allowing analytics lets it set a cookie so a return visit is not counted as a new person; declining leaves it in the cookieless state. Separately, our checkout provider (Whop) sets two cookies on arrival so that referrals are credited correctly. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site’s storage in your browser, which brings the banner back.
If we update this policy, we'll change the "last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify subscribers by email.
