All course material, indicator dashboards, briefs, frameworks, and content on liftoffr.com are owned by LiftOffr. You may use them for your own personal investing decisions. You may not republish, resell, or redistribute material — including reposting Discord briefs, screen-recording the course, or sharing your login credentials.

The site and all products are provided "as is." We make no warranty that any indicator will fire in any future cycle, that past patterns will repeat, or that any specific outcome will result from using the system. No system is perfect; no signal works every time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiftOffr is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, free content, paid products, or community. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with a purchase is the 30-day refund.
If we update these terms, we'll change the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated by email to active subscribers and members.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith by email. Failing that, any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of LiftOffr will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Missoula County, Montana, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there. Nothing in this section limits your right to bring a claim in small-claims court where one is available to you.
