Disclaimer

Last updated: August 20, 2026

This page exists because /disclaimer and /legal used to return 404 while the site made performance claims on nine other pages. Everything below is stated once, plainly, and it governs every LiftOffr surface: the website, the emails, the Discord, the Whop listings and any social post.

1. LiftOffr is education. It is not investment advice.

Torin Christianson is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner, and LiftOffr LLC is not a registered investment advisory firm. Nothing published by LiftOffr is a recommendation to buy or sell any asset, and nothing is personalised to you. We do not know your income, your holdings, your tax position, your time horizon or your risk tolerance, and we do not ask. If you want advice about your own situation, speak to someone licensed to give it.

LiftOffr publishes a general-circulation framework and its outputs, on the same schedule to everyone. It is not a personalised signal service. Nothing is tailored to you, nothing is a recommendation that you buy or sell anything, and no price target, price prediction or ticker is published at all. What is published — the daily Score, a notification when it crosses one of the published thresholds, and the levels Torin has written down in advance for his own position — goes out identically to every reader, paid or free. Read all of it as a description of what one person’s model did and what that person intends to do with his own money. It is never an instruction to you, and it is not a substitute for advice from someone licensed to give it.

2. Results are not typical. There are no typical results.

LiftOffr does not publish an average customer result, because it does not have one. No customer outcome data has been collected, and until it has been, no figure will be presented as typical or achievable. Any testimonial that ever appears on this site will carry its own typicality label and will not be published without the result on file and the writer’s written permission.

You should assume you will not make money. Cryptocurrency carries significant risk, including total loss of principal. Most people who buy educational material about markets do not go on to profit from it.

3. No guarantee of income or results

LiftOffr makes no promise, guarantee or representation about earnings, profit, returns, or any other financial outcome. No one can guarantee you will make money in any market, and anyone who tells you otherwise is not being straight with you. We will never tell you what you will make, because we do not know.

4. Past performance, and what “the record” actually is

Every dated signal on this site is the LiftOffr Score computed over public historical price and on-chain data. It is a backtest, not a record of trades placed or calls published at the time. The formula did not exist for most of the period it is measured against. No person and no customer of LiftOffr acted on the dated signals in that log when they printed, because they did not print — they were reconstructed afterwards. Separately, Torin describes laddering out early ahead of the 2025 top on /about, and says being early cost him the last leg. That is his own account of his own conduct, it is deliberately unquantified, and you cannot audit it. Treat it as a personal statement, not as part of the published record and not as evidence the model works.

Backtests are hypothetical. They exclude taxes, exchange fees, slippage, and the behaviour of a real person on a bad day. Past performance — ours, anyone’s, or any indicator’s — does not predict future results.

The complete record is published at /receipts: all 64 zone crossings the Score has produced between 23 September 2011 and 30 November 2025, including every one that went the wrong way. Scored directionally, the model was right about direction on 21 of 46 directional crossings at 30 days, 21 of 46 at 90 days, and 25 of 46 at 180 days. That is close to a coin flip on a short horizon and it is not published as a win rate, an accuracy figure, or a hit rate. It is a multi-month cycle-zone tool and a 30-day directional test is a poor proxy for what it is built to do.

5. Forward-looking statements

Anything on this site describing what the market might do, what a zone has historically meant, or where a cycle might be in its arc is a forward-looking statement based on assumptions that may prove wrong. Words like “expect,” “historically,” “typically” and “the model reads” describe conditions, not outcomes. Actual results will differ, possibly by a lot.

6. This is an educational product, not a business opportunity

LiftOffr sells written material and access to a discussion community. It is not a business opportunity, a franchise, an investment, a money-making system, or a path to income. There is no affiliate programme, no recruitment, no downline, and nothing you can resell. Buying a LiftOffr product does not entitle you to any share of anything.

7. No third-party compensation

LiftOffr takes no payment from exchanges, token projects, wallets, or any other third party for coverage, placement, or mention. Every outbound tool link on /stack is a direct link and is labelled with its commission status. If that ever changes, the change will be disclosed on the link itself before it is disclosed anywhere else.

8. 18+ only

LiftOffr is for adults aged 18 or over. Do not use the site, join the Discord, subscribe to any email, or buy any product if you are under 18.

9. Corrections

Where LiftOffr has published something that turned out to be wrong, the correction is made on the page itself and the original claim is described rather than quietly deleted. See the correction notice at the top of /proof and the notes on /indicator-history and /track-record. If you find something on this site that does not hold up, email torin@liftoffr.com — that is a genuine request, not a formality.
